RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and not custom-made (unless defective). Email hello@tornstudios.com with your order number for a Return Authorization; return shipping is at your cost unless we’re at fault. Refunds (minus shipping) are processed within 5–7 days.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

MADE TO ORDER

All our denim is made to order, which allows us to focus on quality and sustainability. Please note that orders may take up to 2 weeks to be crafted before shipping. We’ll keep you updated with tracking information once your item is on its way.
