3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout.

4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

4.3 Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

5.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order for most online purchases.

5.2 To cancel, email hello@tornstudios.com with your order number. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and not altered (custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective).

5.3 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

5.4 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, excluding any original shipping costs unless required by law.

5.5 Exchanges for a different size or style can be requested during the return process and will be shipped once we receive your original item.

5.6 If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
