At Tornstudios, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition of Items: We only accept returns for items that are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including all tags.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided with all returns.
4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@tornstudios.com with your order details. We will guide you through the return process.
5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
6. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
7. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that custom made items are non-returnable.
